At Signbridge, we are committed to ensuring that all people — including Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, non-verbal, neurodivergent, and communication-diverse users — can access our information, services, and systems safely, independently, and without discrimination.
We believe communication access is a human right. Our website and digital services are designed to meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as well as the Signbridge Communication‑Access Standard, which extends accessibility to include non-auditory, non-verbal, and multi-modal communication needs.
Plain language: Clear, simple words and short sentences
Visual-first: Icons, diagrams, and visual instructions support understanding
Multi-modal: Information is provided in text, visuals, and structured formats — not just audio or speech
Predictable: Pages follow consistent structures and headings
User-led: You can tell us how you prefer to communicate
You can contact us using the method that works best for you:
